These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase or commission of artwork from Trudy Elliott.

By using this website or requesting artwork services, you agree to these Terms.

Artwork Commissions

Commissioned artwork is individually created for each client.

Prices are based on the size of the artwork and the materials used.

Clients may provide direction regarding the background textile, color palette, materials, and general direction of the composition. Final artistic decisions remain part of the creative process.

Quotes & Pricing

Each commission is quoted individually based on the requirements of the project.

Artwork pricing includes signature framing under an acrylic sheet secured with steel standoff hardware.

Shipping is not included in the artwork price and will be charged separately.

Production Time

The typical lead time for new artwork is approximately 4–6 weeks. Actual completion time may vary depending on the size, materials, complexity, and scope of the commission.

Custom Artwork

Because each commissioned piece is created specifically for the client, custom artwork is not considered a standard retail product. Once production has begun, cancellations or refunds may not be available.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all artwork, photographs, designs, and other creative materials remain the property of the artist.

Purchasing an original artwork does not automatically transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use website content without prior written permission.
